Day 1: Live Workshop #1 (4.5 hours)
This session focuses on equipping the participants by sharing knowledge and answering questions;
- What is Design Thinking?
- Examples of good and bad design and understand how to spot the qualitative and quantitative signals
- Understanding the stages of design thinking and the mindset and communication skills needed to execute it successfully
- Understanding the mindset and communication skills needed to successfully implement a succinct customer experience
- Group Project: create groups for the practical and discuss guidelines for working on a business problem
Day 6-10: Workshop #2 (2 hours)
This session focuses on the participants presenting their solution and explaining their learnings in the process;
- Groups present their solutions to the business problem and share their learnings in the process and one commitment they will make, and results and share their learning process
- Recap on the lessons learned through practical application
Day 15-20: Workshop #3 (2 hours)
This session focuses on the participants presenting their solution and explaining their learnings in the process;
- Groups present their solutions to the business problem and share their learnings in the process and one commitment they will make, and results and share their learning process
- Recap on the lessons learned through practical application
These workshops are live and interactive and require a minimin of 8 – 20 people per session
Ideal attendees are Decision Makers and influencers, Managers and Supervisors, Business and Process Analysis, Key Decision-Makers in the business, and some influential employees who will become your Change Ambassadors in the business.
